Although horse meat is not so popular in modern cooking, everyone should try pilaf with this meat. To prepare it you need:

  • 35 g ghee;
  • one small carrot;
  • 70 g of rice;

  • barberry, raisins or other dried fruits;
  • salt and pepper.

Cooking pilaf:

This is a hearty and very rich soup, which can be prepared both at home and outdoors, in a pot. The right ingredients:

  • a pound of horse meat;
  • two small onions;
  • one clove of garlic;
  • large carrot;
  • 30 g of tomato paste;
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • bay leaf;
  • salt and pepper;
  • greens.

Process:

  1. Bring the meat to a boil, remove the foam and add a few leaves of laurel tree.
