Milk products

Milk is rich in vitamins A, D, B2, B12, PP, useful minerals (calcium, selenium, phosphorus, zinc), contains amino acids necessary for the body. Protein is easily absorbed, so milk is necessarily included in the children's diet.

If the body absorbs lactose well, milk helps lower blood pressure. The inclusion of dairy products in the diet leads to the normalization of metabolism, the improvement of the immune and nervous systems. In case of lactose deficiency, sour-milk products should become a substitute for whole milk.
